Trading Terms
Deposits
A minimum deposit of 30% is required before work begins, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guarantee
All works carried out by DSY Contractors are backed by our workmanship guarantee, with new roof installations covered by a 10-year guarantee from the date of completion, along with a free annual maintenance inspection.
Payment
An 8% surcharge applies to unpaid invoices after seven days from the invoice date.
Property protection
Any damage caused to your property during the course of our work will be repaired or compensated.
