“DSY Contractors are currently re-roofing my house in Alloa. Having discovered a leak on New Year’s Day, I phoned David (the owner) and he came out to assess the situation the very next day (regardless of the fact it was January 2nd and he should've probably been on holiday!). My roof was in its original state (140 years old) and, after a thorough assessment, we agreed that re-roofing was the best and most cost effective solution. David and his team are excellent tradesmen. They arrive on time, they work solidly (albeit this is impossible in snow/heavy rain) and are always polite and communicative. David is very clear about talking me through progress and has made me feel very much at ease and confident in the abilities of DSY Contractors.
I'll write a further review once the job is complete but, based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them.”

David came out at short notice to do a repair at Community House. He was polite and set to work. He patched up the hole on the garage roof caused by vandalism and will come back to carry out full repair. All done free of charge! What a star! Thank you David from all at Community House. Bless you.

DSY team carried out a roof repair at short notice for me. The team turned up to my house in Glasgow when they said they would and secured the leak and made the repair. David informed me what the issue was and said what he would do to fix it. Didn't take long to do and fairly priced. Huge thanks I am getting them to do a new roof next year. Would defo recommend DSY

“During 2017 DSY Contractors, carried out extensive remedial and improvement work to our cottage:
- Removal of roughcast and re-pointing sandstone gable
- Demolition and renewal of an existing chimney
- New lead work to gable-end coping and skews
- Re-pointing sandstone gable in the loft and bedroom area
- Roof repairs at valley skews to prevent leaks
- Provision of new UPVC fascia boards and deep-flow rainwater guttering
- Repairs to an existing fireplace to stabilise a cracked lintel
- Replacement of the plasterboard dry-lining and framing to bedroom wall
