Terms and Conditions

DSY Contractors Terms & Conditions applicable to all clients.

  1. Where a deposit is requested, a minimum of 30% of the total is payable prior to commencement of any works.
  2. DSY Contractors will at all times keep clients informed of any changes that might be made necessary, during the progress of works. This will include any additions such as labour, materials or monies required completing the contract.
  3. Any increase in cost for whatever reason, DSY Contractors will inform clients at the earliest opportunity verbally and in writing if the client so requests.
  4. All monies owed to DSY Contractors are to be paid upon completion of works, see clause 3 for details. Any invoices that are not paid and are still outstanding after seven days from receipt of invoices(s) will incur an 8% surcharge.
  5. All works carried out by DSY Contractors comes with a 10 year guarantee from the date of completion. Some materials used by DSY Contractors come with a product guarantee ranging from one to ten years. Clients may be informed of such materials in all detailed quotes.
  6. Any damage caused by DSY Contractors employees or sub contractors employed by DSY Contractors to the clients property during the period of the works will either be repaired, replaced or paid for where the aforementioned are found to be at fault.
  7. On extended, medium and long term contracts DSY Contractors reserve the right to conceive interim payments on measured progressed work, all such details to be agreed with clients prior to commencement of contract.
  8. Upon completion of all works, DSY Contractors will carry out a FREE annual maintenance inspection to coincide with all guarantees.
  9. By introducing these terms & conditions, it is DSY Contractors intention to safeguard both parties, and eliminate any points of contention that may arise, therefore allowing our normal professional service to be maintained in the interests of both parties.
By agreeing to these terms & conditions clients are entering into a legal and binding contract.
